Starter Number on the Tag is "N3H2-A" (M1T98081A / M001T98081A), the Starter Needs to
be Replaced. If the Starter Number on the Tag is "N3H2-B" or "N3Z2" (M1T98081B /
M001T98081B / M1T98081C / M001T98081C), the Starter Does Not Need to Be Replaced.
The Bulletin Goes on to Say That Cars With VIN #JM1FE17N***148961 and Below are Affected.
